Children learn by doing and exploring their world with all their senses. The Advancement Programme students were so intrigued making googly eyes sensory bags of their own.

Sensory bags allow children to explore, discover, imagine, create, and learn while engaging many of their senses. Sensory play impacts many areas of development including; language skills, sensory input, fine motor skills and social skills.

By using a resealable plastic bag, hair gel, googly eyes (big and small), marker pen, and duct tape, they had a blast giving the aliens crazy eyes. This simple sensory bag makes the kids have so much fun learning the sense of touch.

Here’s a snippet of their masterpiece!
