Sekolah Rendah Rafflesia Puchong students recently investigated the conversion of percentages in a creative and attractive way. This interactive activity involves planning a park with a range of different features such as grass, water, woodland, flowers and playgrounds.
 
Through this activity, students learnt about the conversion of fractions and decimals to percentages and also conversion of percentages to fractions and decimals. Furthermore, they can form a relationship between fractions, decimals and percentages and explore the beauty of Mathematics.
 

In addition, when students are having difficulty in learning Percentages, visual aids can help them make sense of new concepts and provide reference points as they work. This activity is a fun and engaging learning experience for students to learn about percentages and relate it to daily life.
