Every occurrence surrounding us is science-related and yet it is rare that we spend much time wondering what is going on around us. Whether it is owing to the technological advancement that is at startling speed that we could hardly chase after, leaving our state of perpetual bewilderment unattended, there is a need to overcome our easy technological ignorance by encouraging our young investigators to continue their probe into the secrets of all the happenings in the universe.

Recently, the Standard 6 students were given an opportunity to conduct an investigation using bread and water to discover the factors that affect the growth of microorganisms.
