Language learning can be fun and never dull, with abundance of interesting language aspects to be explored; we have grammar, idiomatic expressions, palindromes and speaking, to name a few.
Recently, the Standard 2R pupils learnt about another aspect of English, that is compound words, likening to LEGO, emphasising on constructing something which is meaningful.
The pupils learnt how to form compound words by joining two root words and they were eager to attempt different compound words they could form.
It was a fun-filled lesson, flushed with excitement.
