Our Standard 1R students apply their knowledge of visual art language, use of media as well as techniques and processes in the production of works in the Field of Shaping and Making Models. 

They researched, designed and constructed houses that met the birds’ specific needs. In doing so, students gained much insight into birds like the need for shelter from weather and predators, how to safely hatch eggs and not forgetting that different birds require different sized houses.
