The Sports Day was held as scheduled and the main idea of the event in school is to encourage children to have fun, to get active and to work together in various fun physical activities and challenges. This is also to enthuse and encourage pupils to take pride and ownership in the inter-house competitions.
The event took off with exciting telematches by the students. Once the telematches began, the air was filled with cheers and tons of encouragement for the junior athletes of the Rafflesian community.
The Overall Champion trophy was swept by the Orange House, followed by Green House as the runner up, while Blue House and Yellow House secured a third position due to a tie in the sports points collected.
The students had definitely demonstrated excellent sportsmanship spirit throughout the Sports Week as well as Sports Day event and we are immensely proud of their achievements!
