The Sekolah Rendah Rafflesia Kajang Merdeka Day Competition will be carried out on 8 August 2022 (Monday) in conjunction with the approaching Merdeka Day. Students are encouraged to use recyclable materials to create items and the competition is open to all Standard 1 to 6 students. They can choose to make either one of these items: Merdeka windmill, Merdeka headgear, Merdeka flag, Merdeka photo frame or Merdeka building replica. Certificates will be given to all winners.
The competition is held with the aim of instilling love and patriotism towards our beloved country by contributing to the country in whatever way. It is also to enhance students’ creativity and awareness towards recycling and nature conservation by using recyclable items.
