Sekolah Rendah Rafflsia Puchong students learn about eating healthy food. They engaged in a hands-on activity where they created healthy food models. They were encouraged to select a variety of nutritious ingredients and assemble them into visually appealing food models.
As part of the English lesson, students practised describing their choices of healthy foods, explaining the nutritional benefits of each ingredient, and discussing the importance of a balanced diet. Through this creative and interactive exercise, students not only developed their English language skills but also gained a deeper understanding of the significance of making healthy food choices.
This lesson aimed to empower students with the vocabulary and confidence needed to communicate about nutrition and encourage them to prioritize healthier eating habits in their daily lives.
