Our Rafflesia International School Kajang students from Home & Consumer Science CCA engaged in a hands-on exploration of food processing and its health implications. Through hands-on activities, they discovered the dangers of additives in processed foods and the perks of cutting back. Crafting healthier options, they honed culinary skills and embraced mindful eating, empowering themselves to advocate for healthier lifestyles through informed dietary choices.
