Students assembled and programmed the Centaur EV robot which uses an ultrasonic sensor to detect hand distance above it. The direction of the hand is calculated against the power of the motor to lift the arm up and down while simultaneously moving the robot forward and backward.

 

By building robots, our students are incorporating knowledge, creative thinking and problem solving in their learning.
